Common questions

I got a new phone. Where is my progress?

Sign in to the same iCloud account and open the game. Progress is mirrored to your own iCloud and restores automatically.

I bought a pack and it is not showing.

Open Shop → Cosmetic packs → Restore Purchases. Packs are tied to the Apple Account that bought them.

Do purchases make me better at the game?

No. Everything for sale is cosmetic, and every item can also be unlocked by playing. Nothing you buy changes speed, scoring or difficulty.

Are there ads?

No, none.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The whole game plays without a connection. Only the shop and Game Center need one.

Open it with the game installed and you will surf the identical wave they did, with their ghost beside you.

Aloha Rush supports Dynamic Type, respects Reduce Motion — including turning off camera shake during play — and its menus and end-of-run screens work with VoiceOver. If something is hard to use, please tell us.
