Privacy Policy

Aloha Rush does not collect personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, and no analytics or advertising SDK in the app.
What stays on your device
Your progress — scores, unlocked boards and surfers, settings — is saved in local storage on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, a copy is mirrored to your own iCloud account using Apple's key-value storage, so a new device picks up where the old one left off. That copy lives in your Apple Account. We have no access to it and no ability to read it.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate receipts and to record which packs an Apple Account owns, so purchases can be restored on a new device. RevenueCat receives a purchase record and an anonymous identifier; it does not receive your name, email address or Apple Account credentials. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements are optional. If you use them, your score and Game Center nickname are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Declining Game Center leaves the game fully playable.
Challenge links
Sharing a run creates a link that contains the run itself. Nothing is uploaded, no record is kept, and the app makes no network request to play a challenge someone sends you. If you share that link, it goes wherever you send it and nowhere else.
Children
Aloha Rush is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
